About me

I'm Haris. I build Dicsio, alone, from Quebec.

No sales team, no outsourcing on the other side of the world. When you write to me, I'm the one who answers — and I'm the one who built the agent that answers for you.

Based in Quebec I code every agent myself First agent I built — still answering today

I didn't start Dicsio to sell technology.

I started because I kept seeing businesses working hard — real people, not chains — losing customers for a dumb reason: the phone ringing at the wrong moment. It felt like a problem that could just be fixed.

The first agent I built answered for a real business. Not a test client, not a demo — a real number, real customers, from day one. It's still answering today. That's stayed my way of working: I build for real, right away, or I don't build.

What I learned doing it for him, then for others, is that the problem is almost never technical. A business owner doesn't need to understand artificial intelligence. They need their phone to stop costing them money while they're helping the person in front of them.

So I don't sell technology. I sell calls that don't get lost anymore, messages that don't go unanswered, and evenings that don't get spent catching up on the day. If after thirty minutes I see it's not worth it for your business, I tell you — it pays off more for me to be honest than to sell you something you'll cancel in three months.

Haris Founder, Dicsio

How I work

Four rules I don't break.

1

The truth, even if it costs me the sale

If your business doesn't need this, I tell you before you pay, not after.

2

You hear it before your customers do

The agent is tested and reviewed by you first — never discovered at the same time as a real customer.

3

Your data stays yours

Your number, your accounts, your customer information — never on an account in my name.

4

Few clients, well served

Five new businesses a week, maximum — so every agent is genuinely finished.

3 days
Between our first call and your agent's first call
0
Outsourced work — every agent is built by me, directly
5 / week
New businesses accepted, never more

If it doesn't work out for you

You're not locked into anything.

I'd rather lose a client who isn't ready than keep a disappointed one. Here's exactly what happens in the two most common cases.

  • After the 30-minute call, if it's not for you, we stop there — free.
  • Once it's live, you can stop any time — your number stays yours.

"What if I'm not happy after a few weeks?"

You tell me, we adjust what's not working. If it can't be fixed, you stop — I hand back your data and disconnect the agent the same day. No contract keeps you longer than you want.

Shall we talk for thirty minutes?

Walk me through a normal day at your business. I'll tell you honestly if Dicsio can help — and how.
